We taped the last 14 Let's Make a Deal programs and in every instance Wayne choose blacks and other ethnic groups (per capita) 92% of the time over whites.
I think this is unconscionable for him to choose the black race over whites. NOW who is being discriminated against? I had heard this about the show before but didn't believe it until we started counting the number of whites per blacks sitting on the program and he nearly every time chooses the blacks over the whites 9 to 1. (Per capita) Not only that, but when there is a CAR or Major prize involved, it is ALWAYS offered with the best odds to the black race! No wonder people have stopped watching his show! YOU’RE A RACIST WAYNE BRADY

i noticed that too. perhaps it's subconcience ,him being black?? don't know,but he definetely does it.

You two are so wrong. If you watch the show alot you would
have seen that both races are choosen. And as usually people
dont want to believe he's doing an awesome job with the show
and makes it actually fun to watch. Lord help Wayne and
our American society as a whole.

When I said he choices Blacks more often than whites - I am NOT wrong. We taped the program many times, and when they pan the contestants, there are far more whites than blacks - by a huge percentage. In the last 12 programs we recorded he choice blacks far more often than whites - which when you count it per capita... Blacks have a 92% high chance of being chosen than does a white person. AND he also chooses black women over all other contestants!
I don’t care whether you want to believe it or not – I am just stating the obvious and can back it up very easily… just do what we did and count the contestants when the camera pans them. Count how many white faces you see as opposed to blacks… Then count how many times he chooses black people to make a deal. It’s so obvious that I hear people talking a about it all the time. Some people are refusing to watch the show now because his prejudice is so obvious

I've haven't really I only seen one recently that won a pt cruiser or something...hmm but I dunno If he does it, he might not realize it and then on these type of shows" do u ever really notice black people taking the time as if they really had it, to take off work get a plane go on some show don't get picked, then go home with nothing...better things to do than that... It's not everyday you see a black person on t.v. anyway winning things, maybe that's why he does it...I dunno and yeh I know it still isn't fair tho I know. Maybe somebody should tell him to do like "The Price is Right" and randomly pick his people like a lotto or something(I don't know if he does that or not already)

In the first place the producers DO NOT choose the contestants, Wayne does. (I have been a contestant on the show)
And secondly, everyone standing in the line the day that I was on the show was buzzing about how if we were black we'd have a much higher chance of getting picked for one of the good prizes.
I believe Wayne is trying to be somewhat fair by choice aprox equal number of blacks to white as well has Asians - but as Maria said, per capita, black people have a FAR GREATER chance of being picked. (Which some of you might not understand the term "per capita" according to your answers!)
Per Capita=means if there are 200 people in the audience and 10 of those people are black and Wayne chooses 10 whites and 10 blacks per show - then 100% of the black people will be chosen compared to only 5% of the white people.
It is a serious flaw in the program and because it upsets so many people I wish they would choose by lottery instead - that would settle the arguments!

Maria who gives a crap???? Can't anyone enjoy a program anymore without someone finding some kind of fault??? If you don't like the program don't watch it!! I am Caucasian and don't really care about the color or ethnicity of a person. All of our blood runs red..... Do you record and critique the Price is right that follows too?? Of course not the host is white!! You are too racist for that!!
He is doing a great job with this program.

Who care's what color the person is??? We are all equal! I watch the show everyday, and he doe's NOT choose all black people. He is not racist. If memory serve's me correctly, he was married to a Chinese woman.

Reading over this, in the end.. aren't white people chosen over blacks in most shows? I mean, if we can't take one show that prefers blacks over us isn't that a bit stupid? I'm not saying it isn't racist and I sure ain't saying that it's fair...but what is? I think this is a little bit silly.

I was saddened today when an Asian lady with a curling wig jumped and when it fell off Wayne said "I thought you were a sister." Aren't we all brothers and sisters regardless of race. I call all my friends "Sister." I am white, and my friends are all of different races. I'm very disappointed in him for saying that only black women can be a "sister."

Women of every color are beautiful in person and on TV. I still want to know why he always brings up race when he comes to black people. Like Friday he said something about liking a Black man in a cowboy hat and boots. Why doesn't he make comments about other people. It's just strange to me. I love Wayne and think he is a great person, just don't understand about the race comments all the time.

I think you can use any poll/other and make it come out just about any way you can imagine. People can find faults in anyone if you look hard enough or twist things in your own mind. We are casual friends of Wayne Brady and have been for years, even though we haven't seen him for a long time. We are a white couple from up North, and can without any doubt say Wayne has always treated us good. My one son worked for him for a number of years a long time ago, and he alwys treated him with respect. I guess you could also look at different networks/commercials and count how many are white vs. other...so please! If anyone has a problem with color, it 's the people out there trying to make him look racist when they should be looking into a mirror!!!!!!!!

You dont believe it? just watch and observe. I didnt believe it until i watched. its true he does pick blacks especially women per capita and does offer better prizes to blacks. blacks in the audience are less than 10% but he chooses 2 or 3 every show. so, yes, wayne brady is a racist and ruined this show and i wont watch because of this and i encourage all others to just watch to see its true then write the show, not wayne brady and complain to letsmakeadeal.com or the producer company Fremantle Media and let them know, us whites also dont appreciate racism as blacks do. tables have turned and we need to speak up now and the comment just above this one, nice lanquage dropping the "f" bomb, real mature!!!!
